G2 recognizes the growing impact of childcare software and rates products subjectively. The products are ranked by customer satisfaction (based on user reviews), market presence (based on aggregated data about market share, seller size, and social impact), and placed into four categories on the Grid®: Leaders, High Performers, Contenders, and Niche products.

For ChildcareCRM in Spring 2022, 100% of users rated it 4 or 5 stars, 100% of users believe it is headed in the right direction, and 92% of users said they would be likely to recommend ChildcareCRM to another childcare owner or executive.
